Camm was born in England in 1847, arrived Melbourne 1853. He studies painting at the National Gallery School, Melbourne in 1875-76 and privately under J.H.Scheltema. A painting in oils he is known for his pastoral scenes and coastal views in Victoria of the Apollo Bay, Lorne and Ocean Grove.
